I’ve lived in Lloydminster for over 35 years, where I raised my four children and cherished spending time with both my family and grandchildren. My journey into yoga began in 2017 as a means of personal healing, and it quickly captured my heart through immersive in-person and online classes.

My dedication led me to the Ayurveda School of Yoga in Edmonton, Alberta, where I achieved my 200 HR YTT (Yoga Teacher Training). Rooted in the principles of mind-body connection and breathwork (Pranayamas), combined with physical postures (Asanas), yoga forms the foundation for holistic well-being.

My expertise lies in Slow Flow Healing Yoga, Yin Restorative Healing and Beginner Yoga. I'm also currently deepening my practice through advanced training, working towards Mindfulness Level 1 Certification.

With a focus on combining movement and nutrition for healing, I offer specialized guidance that eases discomfort from arthritis and back pain, supports mental well-being and stress management, and enhances overall health, strength, and flexibility. Yoga, a powerful tool for mindfulness, is at the core of my practice.
